Drive the services component of our sales process, helping scope, price, and position implementation strategies that align with our customersโ goals and Ridgelineโs vision. Act as a strategic advocate for Ridgelineโs Customer Experience offerings throughout the sales and post-sale lifecycle. Negotiate and finalize services agreements, including Statements of Work and contractual terms. Coordinate with partner firms when third-party services are required to support implementation.
